Shipping Methods & Costs

  • All orders are shipped using Tracked or services.
  • We use weight-based shipping costs.
  • UK Free Shipping: Orders over £70 qualify for free shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Faster UK Shipping: Customers can choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a faster service.
  • International Shipping: We offer Royal Mail and DHL Express sevices for international customers.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched the next business day. In cases where we need to confirm details (e.g., address issues), shipping may be delayed.
  • We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only (no weekend dispatch).
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
    • Europe & International: 5-7 business days (subject to local carrier services) or 2-5 days for Express

Tracking & Delays

  • All shipments include tracking, and customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
  • If a package is lost or delayed, we may issue a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. However, if the delay or loss is due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a refund or reshipment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • For international and EU orders, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid upon arrival.

Returns & Refunds

  • Physical Products: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us, and we will assess the best resolution (replacement or refund).
  • Digital Products: Once downloaded, digital items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
