Very happy with the product but the blades were really wedged inside the handle. I had to use a needle and pliers to force them to come loose and release.

Overall very happy but feel this could be packed better by CNC kitchen so this doesn't happen. Vector3d got the item to me very quickly and I don't consider this a problem they could have predicted or prevented without going to extremes of checking every item.

Quality of the product and blades is better than the cheap ones online and worth the price and supporting two companies many of us 3d enthusiasts have come to respect highly.

This is overall a pretty good product but it feels like it's also somewhat spotty. The extra blades just rattle around in the base, opening the collet for holding a blade has already made it scratch itself, and there's a very minor defect in the laser imprint on the logo, and some bumps on the underside that are below the blue coating.
